Join us in congratulating our March 2026 Employee of the Month, Jackie Rodgers!

Jackie has been a part of our health system since 2022 and has excelled in her role as a Certified Diabetes Educator! In both the inpatient and outpatient settings, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her patients and their families feel informed, empowered, and supported. Whether meeting with a newly diagnosed patient at the bedside or education as an outpatient, she brings compassion, patience, and expertise to every interaction.

What truly sets her apart is her ability to connect, she takes the time to understand each patient’s unique circumstances, concerns, and goals!
