A little hisory about me...I was 320lbs and miserable. I decided to do something about it. So I joined Anytime Fitness and started this increadable journey. With the help of a great trainer I started dropping the weight, but soon I hit a plateu. He and I both were frustrated because I hated the treadmill and eliptical. I needed cardio in my life. I was introduced to Zumba and well the rest is obvious. LOL Zumba became the cardio that I needed. The reason I finally decided to become an instructor is because I love Zumba so much and I wanted to share it with others. May Zumba be as much of a blessing to you as it is to me.
