Some people infected by HIV develop a flu-like illness within two to four weeks after the virus enters the body. This may last for a few weeks. Possible signs and symptoms include:
-Fever/Night sweats
-Headache/Muscle aches and joint pain
-Rash
-Sore throat and painful mouth sores/Cough
-Diarrhea/Weight loss
These symptoms can be so mild that you might not even notice them. However, the amount of virus in your bloodstream is high at this time, causing the infection to spread more easily during primary infection than during the next stage.

Regular handwashing is one of the best ways to remove germs, avoid getting sick, and prevent the spread of germs to others!

Germs from unwashed hands can be transferred to other objects, like handrails, table tops, or toys, and then transferred to another person’s hands. People frequently touch their eyes, nose, and mouth without even realizing it, making it easy for germs to enter our bodies.
