CareConnect Pediatrics, Moultrie Providing primary care for children under the age of 18. OPEN Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM. Primary care for children under the age of 18.

Services include physical, emotional, social and psychological development. Offering care for children and adolescents: well-child visits, immunizations, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to care based on a child’s medical and personal needs. Our programs and services focus on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles in children and adolescents.
