Our new state-of-the-art facility opened in May 2013 and is fully equipped with the latest technology in muscle performance evaluations, concussion management, and much more. The Vereen Center is staffed by the highest quality certified athletic trainers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists who have the resources and skills to directly treat and care for athletes. The mission of the Vereen Rehabilitation Center is to provide athletes a safe return to physical activities.

Jaclyn and Jacob play a vital role in keeping our athletes and patients safe, strong, and moving forward! From preventing injuries to providing expert evaluation and hands-on care, they are there every step of the way, helping individuals recover, rebuild confidence, and getting 💪💙

March is National Athletic Training Month (NATM), a time to celebrate and raise awareness of the critical care athletic trainers provide. This year’s theme, “Care You Can Count On,” perfectly reflects the dedication, expertise, and compassion these two bring both on and off the field.

Meet Joey Bozeman, OTR/L!

With 17 years of experience in Occupational Therapy and four years as part of our , Joey brings dedication, versatility, and heart to everything he does.

One of Joey’s favorite things about OT is the flexibility the field offers! Over the past 15 years, he has primarily served patients in the home health setting while also providing care in acute and outpatient services. His work ensures continuity of care from the hospital to the home, helping patients transition safely and successfully through every stage of rehabilitation!

For Joey, the most rewarding part is watching patients regain their independence and return to everyday activities with confidence and peace of mind! He is proud to be part of a team that delivers compassionate, comprehensive care at every level of recovery.

Meet Ashley LeSuer, RN, WCN-C, CSWD-C!

Ashley joined Vereen Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine in 2025 and has been caring for patients since 2018. One of the most rewarding parts of her role is helping members of our community heal—while also educating patients on wound care and building meaningful, long-term relationships along the way.

The outpatient setting at Vereen allows Ashley to grow, specialize, and truly connect with her patients, making each day impactful and fulfilling. Vereen was her because of the opportunity to work alongside providers she deeply respects and learn from a knowledgeable, compassionate team she’s proud to be part of.
