Oh, what fun we had today! Our afternoon was full of laughter and holiday cheer. We played some Christmas Bingo, and it was made extra special by the fantastic students from the National Honor Society (NHS) at Lee's Summit North! They even brought some yummy cookies to share 😋

💚 Mocktail Monday: Grinch edition💚

What a blast we had with Mocktail Monday today! The halls were filled with holiday cheer, good company, and delicious treats!

We served good old classic Hot Cocoa and Eggnog, but the real star of the show was definitely the Grinch Float! Seriously, the floats were such a hit that even the staff couldn't resist sneaking a sip! 😉

Activity: Pinecone Bird feeders with Jean

Story: This month, we are focusing on Environmental Wellness—intentionally connecting with and caring for the world and environments around us to promote relaxation, healing, and overall well being!

Today's project was simple, fun, and a little bit messy: DIY Pinecone Bird Feeders! We covered pinecones in peanut butter and rolled them in bird seed. Now they're hanging up, and we are all so excited to watch from the window and see what wonderful birds our new feeders attract!🕊️
