Classes in Mound City and Fort Scott! The free classes/courses/workshops are for your benefit. By practicing with one of these online classes/courses/workshops, you understand that yoga, physical fitness and movement includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I will continue to breath smoothly. There is NO Saturday class, October 11th. With Arts & Crafts weekend, the parking lot will be filled with vendors.

I will be at the Jolly Market, and I do have my Pilates Wunda chair, for some mini-sessions. Much smaller than a reformer, and one of my favorite pieces of Pilates equipment/apparatus.

I will be offering classes at Buck Run in October! Classes start next Tuesday, on October 7th!

-1:00-1:55 pm - Yoga Sculpt
-2:00-2:45 pm - Strength + Stretch
-4:30-5:15 pm - Pilates Define

Yoga Sculpt – Flow through yoga postures blended with Pilates and strength work. You’ll leave stronger, calmer, more flexible, and fully reenergized.

Strength + Stretch – Start with gentle rolling to release tension, add light dumbbell strength work, and finish with restorative stretches. Walk away moving easier—like you just hit the re:set button.

Pilates Define – Small, powerful movements + light weights + a bit of cardio = a fun, high-energy class that tones, strengthens, and recharges you.

Light resistance weights (always optional) but are included in all classes. Props are provided, but if you have a yoga mat you like to use, please bring, along with water.

☑️ Both Monday and Friday 8:00 am classes in Mound City are now Strength + Stretch!

☑️ New openings for private one-on-one sessions are available! In Mound City and a couple time slots available in Fort Scott.
