Group Fitness Classes and private & semi-private Pilates sessions to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence through consistent practice, not pressure. By practicing with one of these online classes/courses/workshops, you understand that yoga, physical fitness and movement includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. Physical fitness class is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Fitness is recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice fitness movements. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Regina Casner, One + One Wellness, Studio 9, and/or Facebook.

What more individualize attention? Try privates or semi private sessions!
Whether it is leveling up your fitness levels to be able to do handstands and "crazy-hard" exercises, or you need to be confident that you can get up and down from the floor, tackling stairs... we can get you there!

The Fitness Nook class schedule will be back on schedule beginning next Monday evening, Feb. 2.
Monday, Feb. 2:
-4:15 - Yoga Sculpt
-5:15 pm - Pilates Define

Wednesday, Feb. 4th, will be the make-up class for Strength & Stretch: 8:30-9:15 am

Thursday, Feb. 5th, 5:15 pm- Pilates Define
Friday, Feb. 6th, 8:30 am - Strength & Stretch
Saturday, Feb. 7th, 8:00 am - Pilates Define

Private and Duet sessions- if we haven't booked yours yet, feel free to reach out and schedule a time. I am getting ready to go to wait list only (unless you have a gift certificate). So if you have been considering trying Private or Duet Pilates sessions, now is the time. :)
