By practicing with one of these online classes/courses/workshops, you understand that yoga, physical fitness and movement includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular ten

sion. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. Physical fitness class is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Fitness is recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. Monday, 8:30 am - Strength & Stretch
Monday, 4:15-5:05 pm - Yoga Sculpt
Monday, 5:15 -6:15 pm - Pilates Define

Tuesday, 5:15-6:15 pm - Pilates Define (Usually Thursday night.)

Wednesday, 5:35-6:25 pm - Pure Pilates

Thursday, 8:30-9:15 am - Strength & Stretch

There are NO classes Thursday evening-Saturday morning. Normal schedule returns on Monday, May 4th!

Janet and Tamala, along with Misty, have been making it to classes at the studio opened the summer 2022! 🎉🎉🎉

It takes a lot of prioritizing and adjusting of schedules to make it to classes on a consistent basis.

Is it worth it? Yes, but it takes effort—and often way more core work and sweat than you might think you may want. ❤️❤️❤️
