FitnessNook Private & Semi-private sessions with Reformers & Wunda Chair The free classes/courses/workshops are for your benefit. I will continue to breath smoothly.

Group Fitness Classes and private & semi-private Pilates sessions to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence through consistent practice, not pressure. By practicing with one of these online classes/courses/workshops, you understand that yoga, physical fitness and movement includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. Physical fitness class is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Fitness is recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice fitness movements. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Regina Casner, One + One Wellness, Studio 9, and/or Facebook.

Controlled movements done properly challenges your strength, coordination, and endurance.

So as you build the mind-body connection, you get stronger and have more control to work from your “powerhouse,” and the exercises get more challenging. In other words, if it is easy, you may be missing something... and sometimes that "something" takes a while to build.

This is one of the biggest reasons I love Pilates (and Yoga).
There is a lot of feeling stronger and feeling success.
There is no maxing out or "I've arrived."
There is always a challenge to stay with the work, because there is more to come.
More feeling better, more improving your posture, more better moods, more strength, more flexibility, more tone balance, more balance and more confidence.

I'm introducing something foundational this season. This particular class will be online only, but is still limited in class size, to ensure you get a strong foundation.

A 4-week Classical Pilates Mat Foundations series designed to teach the method the way it was intended — progressive, precise, and deeply effective.

Whether you’re brand new or returning to refine your practice, this series will guide you through the original mat work step by step.

You’ll learn:
• Proper breath and alignment
• The purpose behind each exercise
• How the Pilates system connects together

Small group. Thoughtful pacing. Intelligent movement.

This is where strength begins.

There are still 4 spots open. The cost is $42 for the 4-week series. Please message me to register and reserve your spot, or if you have additional questions.

I’m Regina (Regi), the owner of the Fitness Nook!

Since I have taught for so long, mostly as a "side" job, I forget that not everyone knows that I have been teaching for a long time (most years since 1994) and that I have experience to teach the classes and sessions that you may be interested in attending. 🙂

I earned my first group fitness certification in 1993 and completed my first Pilates mat training in 2000—traveling to Canada at the time to access a quality program. Since then, I’ve continually invested in in-depth, reputable education to become the best teacher I can be—because I truly want everyone to love moving more.

In 2016, I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training in NYC. In 2023, I finished a 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in Kansas City. And I continue to pursue ongoing education and attend trainings regularly.

Experience matters. So does education.

Knowing how to help you move and feel better—when to encourage you to push, when to guide you to ease back, how to offer thoughtful modifications, and how to truly meet you where you are—comes from decades of teaching, learning, and continuing to grow.
