Join us in celebrating someone truly special—Jen, our amazing Resident Care Director! 💙

Jen has been a part of our Oxford Grand family for a year and four months, and the impact she’s made in that time is incredible. She truly embodies our core values of humility, positivity, initiative, and emotional intelligence. She often shares how much she loves seeing those values lived out every day—from our leadership team all the way to our frontline staff—and how meaningful it is to pass those values on to her own team.

What means the most to Jen? Our residents. She says they are the reason we do what we do, and they never fail to bring a smile to her face. She loves getting to know each of them and hearing their stories.

Outside of work, Jen loves spending time with her family. Whether it’s roller skating, ice skating, cheering on her kids at soccer games, or trying new restaurants and cuisines together, family time is everything to her. A special congratulations to her daughter Brittany, who is graduating high school this May—what an exciting milestone!

And last but not least—Happy Birthday to Jen! 🎉 We are so grateful for your leadership, your heart, and everything you bring to our community each day.

Her dedication and the meaningful connections she builds with our residents truly embody what compassionate care is all about. We are very thankful for everything she does.

Jelessa shared what inspires her:
"What truly motivates me to come in every day is the connection I’ve built with the community here. There is a unique fulfillment in knowing that I am contributing to a safe, supportive environment where residents feel valued. Being part of this team allows me to use my skills to help others, and seeing the positive impact of that care is exactly why I love what I do.

From cozy fun to spiritual connection, it’s been a beautiful time in our community! 🌟

Pajama Day brought lots of smiles as residents dressed in their favorite comfy attire and enjoyed a laid-back, joyful day together.

We’re also so thankful for Jane, our Life Engagement Coordinator, who leads a weekly devotional that our residents truly cherish. Through scripture, meaningful conversations, prayer, and hymns, it’s a time that brings peace, reflection, and togetherness.

We love creating moments that nurture both joy and the heart. 💕

Meet Maurice, our incredible Dining Director! 👨‍🍳

Maurice has been cooking since he was just 8 years old—it’s truly been his “bread n’ butter” from the very beginning! His passion for food shines through in everything he does, and it’s one of the many reasons our dining experience is so special.

He values his hardworking and consistent team, knowing that their dedication makes all the difference. Maurice also appreciates Oxford’s high standards of quality and, most importantly, the wonderful residents we serve every day.

Outside the kitchen, Maurice enjoys all things food, has a strong interest in cars, and is most passionate about being a dad. As a proud father of two and the youngest of three siblings, family is at the heart of everything he does.

We’re so lucky to have Maurice leading our dining team! 💙
