‣ Monday, Sept 15 come see me at Grand Vue Park from 5:30-6:30pm for an hour of gentle yoga and self-care for Stretch, Flow, & Glow (just $8)
‣ Thursday, Sept 18 is our annual class field trip
‣ Saturday, Sept 20 join us for Autumn on the Avenue from 10-2pm where I'll be hosting free pop-up yoga classes throughout the day!!
