✨ Pamela Harris (Pam) – Certified Nursing Assistant, 35 Years
Pam is truly one of a kind. Families in our community often ask, “Is Pam still there?”—and they always speak so highly of her care. And they’re absolutely right… she is truly the best of the best.
✨ Donna Byrd – LPN & Medical Records Director, 35 Years
Donna has been the backbone behind the scenes, ensuring resident charts are accurate and up to date. She has also always gone above and beyond—helping with events, decorating, and bringing joy to so many.
✨ Louella Brasfield – Environmental Services Director, 40 Years
For 40 years, Louella has helped keep our facility clean, welcoming, and running smoothly. From housekeeping to central intake, she made sure everything—and everyone—was taken care of.

While we are sad to see them go, we are so excited for them as they begin this well-deserved chapter of retirement. Thank you, Pam, Donna, and Louella, for your years of service, your love for our residents, and the legacy you leave behind. You will always be part of the Moundville family! 💙👏

🎉 Happy National Long Term Care Administrator Week! This week we celebrate National Long-Term Care Administrator Week, and we are proud to recognize the absolute best administrator, Brett Milligan! 🎉

We kicked off the celebration with breakfast yesterday morning to show our appreciation for everything Brett does for our facility. He is an incredible leader who is loving and kind to our residents, their families, and our employees. He works tirelessly to make sure everyone in the building feels supported and that every need is met, no matter what it takes!

We are truly thankful and appreciative of Brett and the dedication he brings to our team every single day. Please join us in telling him how much we appreciate him and the great job he does! 💙👏
