Our yoga classes, led by Jay Bales, have been exceptional. His techniques focus on breathing, centering, and classic yoga poses. His teachings can be modified for those with limited strength and/or mobility. Classes are the first 3 Saturdays of every month, and are $10. Seating is limited, so online registration is encouraged. Certified Yoga Instructor Jay Bales leads this gentle intro to Yoga class on Saturday Mornings. You don't need experience for this introductory class. Students need to supply their own mats. Ages 12+
