Expect a gentle flow that melts into longer-held stretches, grounding postures, and calming breathwork to ease you into a state of deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this midweek ritual is your chance to unwind, restore, and recharge—body and mind. Happy 10th anniversary Untangled Massage Therapy 🥂 🍷 Thank you to all my clients, so many of you have been coming in since somewhere close to the beginning. The number of people when I say I have no openings for 4+ weeks, that say back “That’s so great, good for you!!” is truly remarkable. My music I play during your sessions has literally become part of my brand, and your experience; my “signature playlist” as one of you called it. Some of my other favorite things: “My favorite day of the month” (I’m honored). One of you thought my weighted blanket was super fancy and expensive (it’s not). Someone once told me I definitely found my calling. & so many more. Thank you again for your support, and all your kind words; I’m honored you keep choosing me!
