For local mom, Jenee Cox, “Women’s Health at Every Stage” isn’t just a phrase; it’s her family’s journey with Northern Regional Hospital.
Jenee first came to Northern as an expectant mom, delivering both of her children in the Birthing Center. “The hospital staff on labor and delivery were nothing short of amazing,” she recalls. “They catered to all my needs and wants (Diet Pepsi was at the top of my list)! The office staff felt more like family, having to visit them at least weekly.”
Today, her children, now teenagers, continue their care at Northern Pediatrics. “Both my children have been with Northern Pediatrics since birth. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Daniels.”
Women’s health has remained central for Jenee as well. With a family history of breast cancer, she makes preventive care a priority. “My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in her 40s, so I have been getting mammograms for some time now. I can usually get in and out for my appointment before it’s time to start my workday.”
For Jenee, the true value of Northern lies in the continuity of care. “I think it is wonderful that Northern has many specialties within the organization. I would recommend Northern as your one-stop shop, especially for obstetric and gynecological needs.”
