At RidgeCrest, we are proud to offer emPowerD, a national award winning Parkinson's Disease Program that focuses on improving participants' strength, balance, and coordination. ⚖️ Wellness Director Christy and her associates are always finding new ways to challenge individuals in this program. Most recently, Members used exercise blocks to work on improving their coordination and large muscle control. Way to go, everyone! 🌟

Hula hoops in the wellness center call for a little fitness fun! 🌈 Members got active twirling around the room while strengthening and toning their core. Our wellness team even set the tone of the workout with some upbeat tunes! We were having such a blast that we were hoping this class would never end. 🤩

Weighted bars are all the rage in our wellness center, and it's easy to see why! 😆 Members have been incorporating this equipment into their workouts to strengthen their chests, backs, and arms through a series of controlled movements. We are so proud of them for trying new things and working toward their new fitness goals! 👏
