Our Student Council is collecting specific supplies that have been requested for Weaverville, NC. GMS students are being sent home this flyer today. If you would like to help in our efforts, please send in items from the list to GMS between 1/27 and 1/31. We will have Student Council Representatives available each day in the main hallway before school to collect items. Thank you for helping us send love to the western part of our state.

We are very excited to welcome our new neighbors across the road on Hwy 89 in 2025. This area serves a wide variety of locals and interstate travelers and we hope to see more businesses realize the potential for growth.

The facility is expected to create about 80 jobs.
