Just a quick update — we are in the office today. Charlotte will be in and out throughout the next few days, but we will work around it and do our best to take care of everyone.

We will more than likely shut down around 3:00–3:30 today so Charlotte can spend time with family.

We do have a 24-hour on-call phone: 336-710-8681, so you can always reach someone if you need us. If I do not answer right away, please leave a message and your call will be returned.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness, prayers, and understanding during this time. 🤍

Due to a death within our family, our hours will be a little in limbo over the next few days. As we are still in shock, we are going to continue to work the most we can while we navigate through this difficult time.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait times today as our day was very hectic. The past few days have already been a bit crazy, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding.

Tomorrow we will be there starting later at 11:30 and will try to stay throughout the day until at least 3:00. We will work with everyone the best way we can during this time.

Please know we are doing our best to respond to everyone and take care of our patients.

Please keep Charlotte and all of the rest of us in your prayers during this time. We appreciate each and every one of you and will return to our normal schedule as soon as we are able. Thank you for giving us the grace to focus on family while we work through this hard time. 🤍🙏

☀️💛 Happy Sunday from Our Family to Yours!

Sundays are for faith, family time, good food, belly laughs, and maybe just a little bit of rest before the busy week begins.

What are you guys up to this Sunday?

As for us — this morning started with church and worship, which is always our favorite way to begin the week. Then we wrapped up basketball season, and of course baseball has already started back! So today we’re just chilling and soaking up a little downtime before baseball kicks back in tomorrow. Around here, it’s always one sport rolling into the next — and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

At our office, family means everything. That’s part of why we’re so passionate about what we do. Getting healthy isn’t just about you — it’s about having the energy to show up to church, games, practices, long evenings, and all the moments in between.

We love seeing our patients thrive — not just on the scale, but in real life. More confidence. More energy. More smiles. That’s what it’s all about.

Everyone knows I have a 19-year-old and a 14-year-old who keep me on my toes and constantly going. We’re either working through chemistry homework, at the baseball field, juggling busy schedules, running the office, figuring out dinner (again 😅)… and somewhere in the middle of all that, it’s easy for us moms to lose track of our own health.

And the truth is — we can’t pour from an empty cup.

We have to be healthy for our children.
We have to have the energy to show up — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Ever since starting a GLP-1 like Wegovy / Ozempic, I finally feel like I have my energy back. I’m able to keep up with both of my kids — their sports, their homework, their constantly changing schedules — and still come home and handle housework and dinner without feeling completely drained.

But it’s more than just energy.

My confidence level has changed so much over the last year and a half. I’ve reached my goal… and that feeling of accomplishing something for me has been life-changing. I stand a little taller. I feel comfortable in my own skin again. I don’t second-guess every outfit or avoid pictures.

And even after reaching my goal, I’ve chosen to stay on a track even without medication. Yes I have been off medication for a while snd i still maintained, this isn’t just about weight.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about energy.
It’s about feeling normal again.
Not to mention it made a difference in my whole health.

If you’re a mom who feels like she’s constantly running on empty — I see you. And I promise, taking care of yourself is not selfish. It’s necessary.

📣 Schedule Update

If you missed us yesterday — no worries at all! Yesterday was our first week switching our late day, and we know schedule changes can sometimes cause confusion.

Also, due to today’s ballgame being canceled because of rain, we will be at the office a little later than originally planned.

If you:
• Forgot to get your shot yesterday
• Missed your appointment
• Thought you were on a time crunch today
• Or just need us

We are open today from 11:00 until our last patient and will be happy to get you taken care of.

We do apologize for the schedule adjustment, but that’s part of being a family-owned business. It’s part of what makes us who we are — everyone who walks through our doors is part of our family, and we truly treat you like family.

As a family-owned business, we believe in celebrating the milestones of our children and grandchildren. These moments are important to us, and we are so thankful for a community that supports not only our work, but our family as well.

With that being said, I will need to adjust my late office hours beginning next week through the first week of May to support my middle school son during this special season.

Updated Office Hours:
• Wednesdays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We will no longer have late hours on Thursdays during this time.
