My name is Jessica Meyers and I have been practicing massage therapy in Oregon going on eight years. Over the last seven years in Bend, Oregon I have served much of the RN community while I worked for Freedom Wellness Center. My main focus has been deep tissue although my massages are a mixture of all the modalities I have learned over my time as a therapist resulting in a wonderfully balanced approach.

New Year, New Office!
Excited to announce I am adding a location in Mount Angel, OR to my massage practice. I will continue to offer massage in Salem at Thrive Wellness on Fridays and the rest of the week will be in Mount Angel, OR at Mount Angel Wellness. They offer acupuncture, chiropractic (coming very soon), massage and more practitioners are coming so stay tuned as this Wellness Center grows! This is an amazing step toward putting down roots in my hometown!

Update! I'm excited to announce that JEMmassage will be moving into Thrive Wellness in Salem, OR starting Friday, November 18th. The new space is gorgeous, filled with natural light and healing touches. I'll be working alongside an experienced Acupuncurist and two skilled Naturopaths. What I love most of all about getting a massage (which I just received this afternoon) is the peaceful state of mind that follows. Instead of anxiety pills doctors should prescribe massage as it lowers cortisol (stress hormone) and increases serotonin and dopamine (happiness!) and massage has no long list of side affects.
