Did you know that your New Year’s resolution can help improve your Oral Health??

💧 Drink more water: Water helps wash away leftover food, bacteria, and harmful acids that can weaken enamel. Staying hydrated also prevents dry mouth, which lowers your risk of cavities and bad breath.
