IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT effective February 14

👉 Classes that do not meet the minimum number of attendees will be canceled.

We will no longer ask instructors to come in to teach a class for only one or two people.

What this means for you:
• If a class has fewer than the minimum sign-ups, it will be canceled directly on the schedule. Cancellation will occur 1 hr prior to start.
• The class will not run
• You will receive a cancellation email only. We will not post a separate announcement for cancellations

💡 What you need to do:
If you plan to attend a class, please sign up in advance. Signing up helps us keep your favorite classes on the schedule and ensures instructors are fairly supported.

❄️ Weather Update – Team Tommy Ryde

Due to the impending snow, we’ve decided to reschedule the Team Tommy Ryde to Sunday, 2/8 at 11:00 AM.

If you’re already registered, you will automatically be moved to this class — no action needed.

If you’re unable to attend the new date and need a refund, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.

At MSF Gym, we’re continuing to add to our equipment collection — and we want to thank you for your patience through the construction. It’s all been worth it!

✔️ Our new Smith machine is already getting plenty of love
✔️ Two StairMasters have been ordered and are just waiting on delivery 🙌

❗️DON'T worry we have moved the treadmills and Elliptical to our new Cardio Room.
We’re committed to bringing you the best training experience possible. Thank you for sticking with us and growing with us!
