We are looking for a Full Time Hygienist to join our team! 🦷

The duties for this position in our busy, growing, family owned dental practice include:

⭐️ Review and collect pertinent medical and dental health history
⭐️ Provide routine oral hygiene care to both new and existing patients
⭐️ Maintain accurate and appropriate procedure notes
⭐️ Take or update radiographs when indicated
⭐️ Educate patients on home care and recommend appropriate at home products
⭐️ Schedule patients for return or future care

🕰️ Time management and the ability to work on a schedule is a must

❤️ Compassion for our local community and their individual dental needs is important!

🟣 You must be prepared to adhere to all HIPAA regulations in compliance with the privacy and security of patient information as well as OSHA and infection control guidelines.

Did you know Dr. Allison administers cosmetic Botox to treat fine lines and wrinkles?! Right here in Mount Carmel, for the past 6 years!

The typical areas include forehead lines, frown lines, and crows feet. It takes about 5 minutes to place Botox, up to 2 weeks to take full effect, and lasts 3-4 months. The results are a smoothing and subtle lifting of areas prone to wrinkles and creases.

We offer Botox at $10/unit and a typical treatment is anywhere from 20-50 units depending on the areas you would like treated.

⭐️ Collecting copays or other associated fees
⭐️ Various day to day administrative tasks

💻 This person must be technologically savvy, energetic and friendly with great organizational skills

📞 Strong phone and interpersonal skills are required

In an effort to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus, COVID-19, and at the strong recommendation of the American Dental Association, our office has made the decision to postpone all elective dental procedures (examples: cleanings, fillings, cosmetic dentistry) starting today and continuing for the next few weeks.

We will be working on contacting all scheduled patients to cancel their appointments, and will reschedule those appointments once we are back in the office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Please know that we did not come to this decision lightly or easily, and we look forward to seeing our patients on the other side of this unprecedented time in our country.

Wow! Look are this new and improved smile! This patient had severe enamel loss and thin, brittle edges. Due to the amount of existing wear, no prep e.Max veneers were chosen as the best treatment option. This is a procedure done in 2 appointments, with minimal anesthesia. She is very satisfied with this outcome. What a difference! ⭐️

A complimentary consult will be offered, during normal business hours -- please call 570-339-3423 to schedule! This 30 minute appointment will include a review of your health history, a discussion about facial esthetics and the outcome you're hoping to get, treatment prices, and any questions you may have.

CONSULTS can be scheduled during the week, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday afternoons or Tuesday mornings. Cosmetic SERVICES will be offered initially 1 FRIDAY per month, starting in July. The appointment for services will only be scheduled after a consult.
