Our Story
Luxgiere Skincare started in response to seeing the little people (newborns, nieces, and nephews) in our family suffering with eczema and dry skin conditions. When we saw our tiny new baby scratching and crying at the same time, it broke our hearts and lead us down the skincare isles of every major retailer to study what ingredients were in their skincare and how we could help them. We were shocked to see that most of the ingredients (even for newborns) weren't organic or all-natural ingredients. Further research lead us to understanding that the ingredients we were looking at were detergents, stripped of all the humectants and things that help moisturize our skin. We are mechanical engineers who saw a problem that needed to be solved. We felt we could do better and thus created a gentle oatmeal soap.
This soap was given to friends and family, whose feedback revealed that we were on to something. The soap we created in our small studio started getting rave reviews and reports of dry skin conditions clearing up. We soon started creating body creams and body butters to complement the gentle soap we created. We didn't start with the intention of having a business. However, seeing the needs of those around us, thrust us into business.
Although we love science, we believe in a holistic approach to skincare that starts with using natural ingredients.
So far we have all-natural handcrafted soaps, body creams, body butters, beard balm, and a bikini line bump stopper as part of our product line-up. We are constantly looking for and developing products we feel confident enough to put on our skin and the skin of our family. As such, we aim to give you the most luxurious experience possible and believe you will have confidence in using our products for your family.
