▪️Full Moon Yoga Nidra
w/Daniel Carpenter
Join us for the eleventh of 12 Full Moon Yoga Nidra sessions this year. Each will take place on or near the auspicious time of the full moon.
You'll enjoy the profound relaxation of a 45-minute Yoga Nidra. During the practice you will be lying down on a pad or blanket, covered in a blanket, and resting your head on a small pillow or blanket. You will be guided. Your mind and body will organically move into a deep state of relaxation, dancing on the edge of deep consciousness - the place of sleep with no dreams.
The magic happens in this deeply relaxed state. The pineal gland becomes active releasing hormones that often trigger a healing response for the body and mind. Often inducing a much deeper feeling of connectedness. In addition, a practice like this offers the restorative properties of a 3-4 hour sleep.
The hallmark of Yoga Nidra is sankalpa. Sankalpa is a very special intention. Each session will re-energize and support the materialization of your sankalpa, and further develop your ability to drop into the deepest state of healing relaxation. The more consistent the practitioner is in their practice, the more refined the result.

▪️ Community Healing and Meditation on Twin Hearts
contact email: michigan@pranichealing.com
Our Community Healing and Meditation on Twin Hearts is an opportunity to learn about and experience Pranic Healing.
We begin with an Introduction to Pranic Healing, followed by the Meditation On Twin Hearts.
A universal meditation that is practiced around the world by people from all walks of life.
Our trained Pranic Healers offer individual healing mini sessions to all that attend.
Pranic Healing is a no touch energy healing modality that uses prana to clear and revitalize your aura and chakras, as well as your physical body. Pranic healing involves scanning the human aura to detect the imbalances of energies, known as energetic congestion and depletion. It then uses cleansing techniques to remove negative and used-up energies and energizing techniques to improve the flow of energy and strengthen the aura and the chakras.
If you would like to re-energize, feel more at peace, alleviate some physical or emotional pains, or just curious, come and experience Pranic Healing.

About the Bodhi Seed family...

We are a small yoga studio with a big heart located in downtown Mt. Clemens. We welcome EveryBody who would like to experience yoga on any level. Whether you are an avid yoga practitioner or it’s your very first time on the mat, you are welcome here. We offer classes 7 days a week and we also have workshops that explore a little deeper into many different topics, from nutrition, meditation, as well as very specific yoga practices.

Because our approach is to look at the body holistically, we also offer massage, reiki, reflexology, and Bowen Therapy to treat every part of the body that needs to be cared for. We also offer local and international yoga and meditation retreats for those moments to press pause and reflect. All of our staff members (healing therapists, yoga teachers, and receptionists) are not only highly skilled, but most importantly, they bring a kind, nonjudgmental, and helpful energy to everyone who visits Bodhi Seed.

We pride ourselves on being of service to the community in which we belong. We host an array of annual events to give back to the community at every opportunity. From our partnership with Gleaners Food Bank; to Yoga at the Hill; to the Holiday Giving Tree; to our Open House; to our biweekly donation based yoga classes -- we are always working toward a peaceful relationship with our wonderful, diverse community.

If you’re brand new to our studio, we offer our 10-10-10 Deal. Try 10-Classes in 10-Consecutive days for only $10! This allows you the opportunity to experience different teachers, different class styles and different days for classes without breaking the bank.
