The Opportunity:

Renewal Administrative Assistants are vital to the Renewal family. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll ensure our clients are connected with appropriate care channels and the information they need in order to successfully navigate their care journeys. Reporting to the Office Manager and partnering with our providers, you will be an integral part of our client care team. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus and can share the vision for what we do for others.

What you'll likely work on:

1. Handle incoming phone calls and texts from clients.

2. Accurately enter information into our electronic medical record.

3. Collect client fees at the time of each appointment.

4. Assist new clients with the registration and intake process, including distributing related forms, explaining various steps, and helping clients to get scheduled.

5. Ensure client privacy and confidentiality during face-to-face, telephone, and text communication.

6. Being able to multitask while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and team members.

7. Utilize our technology suite, including but not limited, to G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System in order to interact with clients, team members, and to complete daily work.

What you'll need:

1. Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges.

5. Must be able to work some evenings each week to accommodate after school and work hours

6. Must be comfortable with technology to learn and utilize our technology suite, including but not limited, to G-suite, HIPAA Compliant Zoom for virtual therapy, and our Electronic Medical Record System in order to complete daily work.

* Preferred, but not required, virtual psychotherapy experience

* Preferred, but not required, 5 or more years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience
