YOU are the most important thing in your house. So why are you putting yourself last?

Why is it so easy to invest money into a car, or house renovations or a vacation.

These are truly temporary satisfactions. Stuff that fades over time.

When it comes to doing something for yourself. For your health. To feel better, lose weight, have more confidenceโ€ฆ itโ€™s much harder to pull the trigger. But why?

Fear of failing?
Fear of trying and falling short of your goal?

Usually it boils down to that^ truth is though, by you not even trying, youโ€™re already failingโ€ฆ
