We’re excited to share a brand-new therapy skills group for high school girls at Restored Counseling! 🌿 Stronger Thoughts, Brighter Mood is an 8-week, CBT-based group designed to help teens navigate stress, build confidence, and develop healthier, more compassionate ways of thinking.

Meeting Wednesdays at 2 p.m. from Feb. 25–April 15, this small, supportive group offers practical tools in a safe and encouraging space. Cost is just $10 per week, with scholarships available.
