There are so many reasons why as individuals we need to take care of ourselves. 1) cost. its less money to be healthy then spending money on doctor visits and prescriptions, 2) feeling better. it's amazing to be able to have a mentally clear mind and physically able to be an active individual, 3) looking good. gives you confidence in yourself and extends a positiveness towards others.
