It’s officially live on Amazon! 🎉

I’m so excited to share my new workbook:
Get Out of Your Head & Into Your S*x Life: Healing from Purity Culture through ACT

This book was created for women who are ready to untangle shame-based messages about their bodies, desire, and worth — and move toward a more grounded, values-aligned, embodied s*xual life.

Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this workbook offers guided reflections and practical exercises to help you:
✨ Release guilt and internalized messaging
✨ Build psychological flexibility
✨ Reconnect with your body and desire
✨ Create a s*x life rooted in agency and self-trust

If purity culture shaped your story, this is a compassionate place to begin healing.

You can grab your copy here:

If you feel comfortable, I’d love for you to share, leave a review, or pass it along to someone who might need it. 💛

Lake and Sumter Style Magazine thank yoy for including me in this wonderful feature 😊

At just 37, Dr. Leslie M. Worth has turned her calling for healing into a thriving space where growth, connection and compassion lead the way. As the owner and lead therapist at Worthwhile Therapy, she specializes in marriage and family counseling and clinical s*xology, creating safe environments where individuals and couples can rebuild relationships and rediscover themselves.

Starting her practice in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, challenged her both professionally and personally. What began as a mission to provide stability in an unpredictable time has grown into a larger practice with multiple clinicians—bringing new lessons in leadership, adaptability and staying grounded in purpose. Leslie believes growth often comes through discomfort, and she embraces that truth as she continues to expand access to high-quality mental health care in her community.

Beyond her own practice, Leslie is passionate about mentoring the next generation of therapists, hoping her leadership creates a ripple effect of compassion, collaboration and lasting impact. And when she’s not in the therapy room, she channels her creativity into building cosplay costumes inspired by her favorite video game characters.
