UPDATES & NEWS:
MDMI is merging with the University of Florida! As we are now UF Health Primary Care of Mount Dora, we are undergoing system transitions. Our faculty and staff remains the same (including Dr. Farinas!), with some new additions as well!

During this transition, we may experience faulty phone lines.
Our patients are our priority, we are still available to assist you.
