👋 Hello, I’m Justine Baez, I am the outpatient physical therapy assistant at Bridgewater.

👏 I’ve been apart of the Waterman Village team for 8 years!

🫶 My favorite part of working at Bridgewater at Waterman Village are the residents. I love working with all of our residents. I have learned something from each one of them.

Happy National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day!!!
We enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie while playing bingo this afternoon!

Chocolate chip cookies, an American classic, were invented by Ruth Wakefield at the Toll House Inn in the 1930s. The recipe, initially called "Toll House Crunch Cookies," was a happy accident when Wakefield added chopped chocolate to her butterscotch cookie recipe. The cookies became incredibly popular during World War II, and the recipe was later licensed to Nestlé.

This week, Ingrid Piedrahita our Executive Director and Amy Eubanks our Director of Nursing, attended the Florida Assisted Living Association(FALA) and received a recognition of Achieving a Deficiency-Free Biennial Survey for our Bridgewater Community and Springwater Memory Support Community.

This certificate is proudly presented to acknowledge your exceptional commitment to quality care and service in the field of assisted living. Your dedication to maintaining the highest standard of care is commendable and reflects positively on the entire community.

We had the opportunity to share Waterman Village assisted living and memory support services with Tri-City Adult Day Care, Inc. on Monday.

What a pleasure it was to meet all the clients and team there. They have a great center! Friendly, helpful and bi-lingual staff. The center was clean and inviting.

Last Friday, we undertook a trip to Philadelphia to review our founding fathers and the Constitution. The experience was elevated by a special guest who dressed up and posed with our residents, garnering immense enjoyment from all. True to form, our culinary department provided exceptional food, and every resident indulged in a slice of Philadelphia.
