In November 2018, Edwennia Moore made history by founding Trinity’s Day Spa Pampering for Kids, the first and only kids’ spa in Alachua County. With a vision to create a space where children could experience self-care in an environment designed just for them, Edwennia recognized the need for a setting that felt welcoming and inclusive—unlike traditional adult-focused spas. She turned that vision into reality, ensuring that kids could enjoy pampering experiences tailored specifically to them.

Trinity’s Day Spa didn’t just set a local precedent—it made history by becoming the first-ever kids’ business inside a major retail giant, Walmart. This milestone cemented its place as a pioneering business, proving that innovation and representation in entrepreneurship can start at any age.

Beyond the spa, Edwennia is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Each year, Trinity’s Day Spa hosts the Back-to-School Braid Bash, providing free back-to-school hairstyles to children in Alachua County, ensuring that they step into the new school year with confidence. She also leads the Princess in a Prom Dress Project, an initiative that gifts prom dresses to high school girls who might otherwise miss out on their special day due to financial hardships.

Her passion for empowering young entrepreneurs shines through in the annual Kidpreneur Pop-Up Shop, a platform that spotlights and supports youth in business, giving them exposure and hands-on experience in entrepreneurship.

Camille Hamilton is the visionary CEO and founder of Grimace Media Group (GMG). She brings a unique blend of tech/engineering expertise and a passion for entertainment to the forefront of the industry. As a television and film production company, GMG is dedicated to showcasing Black Excellence through various reality series projects and documentaries. One notable endeavor involves an all-Black cast of professionals embarking on international journeys, offering viewers an immersive experience into their excursions, and being vulnerable about THEIR reality. Viewers are invited to see the cast collaborate and rally behind each other’s business endeavors while providing (positive) drama. The emphasis remains on uplifting and encouraging content that highlights the richness of Black excellence. With an innovative mindset and creative intuition, Camille is leading GMG towards a future filled with exciting projects that redefine Black television. Its time we change the narrative! We are professionals who like to have fun, stimulate economies and support the idea of collective thinking for the Culture by telling OUR stories.
