• YOU ARE A GOOD HUMAN
• Have 5+ years of professional experience with brushing, rolling, and spraying finishes
• You have Proven ability to deliver high-quality, clean, and consistent results
• You are Professional, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• You have Strong knowledge of surface prep, coatings, and paint application techniques
• You are Commitment to safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship
Responsibilities:
• You know how to Prepare, prime, and paint interior, exterior and specialty surfaces to company standards
• You know how to Operate spray equipment, rollers, and brushes with precision
• You like to Maintain tools, equipment, and have clean work environment
• You Work efficiently on our residential projects. Light Commercial projects
• You can Represent Kelley Painting Services with professionalism on every job
• You have a valid driver's license.
