My Story is long and over many yearsI have had 2 lower back surgeries and a fusion at L3,4,5 leaving severe pain in my hip and leg Then a few years later I had a disc at C 3-4 herniate into my spinal cord which began to paralyzed me from toes to mid waist another surgery but left me with dropped foot and more pain in legs and feet. of course I was put on all kinds of pain meds as well as acupuncture.A few years later I had to go back for another neck surgery.This time they fused c-2 to T2 .So now all the pain is not only lower but my neck shoulders arms and hands. More stronger meds and longer terms. Sometimes I just wanted to give up because I could not sleep more than 2 hours and was not getting any rim sleep. Depression set in and weight gain because I was not able to move around with out even more pain which meant taking more pain meds.
