Our MHS juniors had a great time touring East Texas Baptist University and Texas State Technical College today! Here at MHS we love sharing all of the opportunities that they have for their future.

Our CNA students have been working hard this semester. They have completed their clinical hours at Westward Trails Nursing & Rehabilitation, and are practicing for their National Exam. We have 3 seniors from this program that will be participating in the commencement ceremonies at Angelina College and 2 that chose not to walk but will receive their certificate. We are so proud!

The NOBLE program (Nurturing Opportunities for Bright Leaders in Education) recognizes students who demonstrate leadership, academic excellence, and a commitment to personal growth. These scholars represent the very best of MHS, and we are excited to see the impact they will continue to make in our school and community.

Scholarship Postmark Deadline is March 6, 2026

💰 RCEC Scholarships are available for graduating high school seniors who are ready to continue their education at a college or trade school.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school seniors and non-traditional students (those attending private, parochial, or home schools) are eligible to apply.
The applicant’s immediate family must be active members of RCEC, and the applicant's permanent residence must be within the RCEC service area.
⏰ IMPORTANT:
📬 POSTMARK DEADLINE: March 6, 2026
