As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to honor the memory of loved ones by participating in our annual Remembrance Tree.

How to Participate:
Make a Donation: A $1 donation per memorial will be accepted.

Public Donations: Please bring your donation to the main entrance and fill out the provided form with the name of the loved one you wish to honor.

Cardinals and Remembrance Book:
Cardinals will be placed on the tree to symbolize the loved ones we remember.

A book of remembrance will be displayed from December 23rd to 27th, listing all honored names.

All proceeds from this initiative will be donated to Hospice.

Let's come together as a hospital community to remember and honor those who are no longer with us. Thank you for your participation.

We're excited to share some wonderful news with the community! A generous community member has anonymously rented the Capitol Theatre for a complimentary showing of the classic film, "It's a Wonderful Life."

When: Saturday, December 7th at 12 PM
Where: Capitol Theatre
Please note: Seating is first-come, first-served. The first 80 attendees will receive complimentary popcorn and a soft drink.

We encourage you to bring your family and friends to enjoy this heartwarming holiday film.

We are glad to have Dr. Bown caring for patients at Morrow County Hospital.

Rachel Metzger said she almost skipped her annual well-woman visit to her OBGYN doctor last year. When she called to set up an appointment, she found Dr. Bazzoli, the OBGYN physician she had seen for many years in Marion, was retiring.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 1 in 8 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime. But there is hope - when caught in its earliest, localized stages, the 5-year relative survival rate is 99%. Early detection through self-examination, medical examinations and mammograms are key.

Today members of the Morrow County Hospital team wore their favorite pink outfits to honor survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and to support the progress towards defeating breast cancer.

Early detection is key when it comes to lung cancer. The Morrow County Hospital is hosting a National Lung Cancer Screening Day on November 9. An order from your physician is required, however the hospital can help you get one.

Morrow County Hospital will be offering Community Blood Profile Clinics starting in October. Please call Morrow County Hospital at (419) 946-5015 to schedule an appointment. The following tests will be offered along with the fee for each. Individuals must indicate the tests they wish to complete when registering. Fasting is recommended at least eight hours prior to the blood tests.

-Blood Profile Screening (25 different tests) $35 fee
-TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) $25 fee
-Hemoglobin AIC (primarily for diabetics) $25 fee
-PSA (Prostate-specific antigen- men age 50 or older) $25 fee
