Mind Body & Spirit The shop is open Wednesdays from 4-8p. Come find your magick! The majority of the items are made in-house and/or locally sourced.

MBS carries a wide variety of items such as herbs, stones, crystals, incense, books, tea, candles, ritual items, condition oils, amulets, talismans, spiritual waters, & baths, essential oils, and much more. Anything that is not locally sourced ( within a 60-mile radius) is procured through trusted colleagues and artisans. We also host classes on a variety of subjects. Our magickal meet-up is held on the 1st Friday of each month at 6p and offers a chance to meet and chat with others in our community. Services at the shop include Tarot reading, bone reading, Reiki, candle workings, and spell services. This is a safe space of non-judgment and all paths are welcome. The shop is closed from Dec. 22nd- Jan. 31st each year.

November 2025 Newsletter

Hi everyone,
Happy November! I don’t know about you, but I’ve been trying to get in as much outdoor time as I can because I know winter is just around the corner. We have just a few garden chores to check off our list before we clean the yard tools and put them up for the season. Then we start planning for next years garden!
The trees are dropping their beautifully colored leaves reminding us that in order to grow you need to let go. What do you need to let go of, and what’s holding you back?
The dark part of the year is the perfect time for reflection and examination of self. The shadow self is the term coined by psychologist Carl Jung to refer to the aspects of ourselves we deny or hide from both ourselves and others.
The goal of shadow work is to bring these hidden aspects to conscience awareness to achieve greater self-awareness, integration and balance. The benefits of this include a greater sense of self awareness and authenticity, improved relationships with others with better understanding and communication as well as personal empowerment.
If you are interested in pursuing your own shadow work but are unsure where to start, stop on up, we would be happy to chat about it with you and help you on your journey.

We have started a Giving Board at the shop. This board is a way to pay it forward for someone else who may really need a reading, a reiki session, or maybe ingredients for a working but just doesn’t have the funds. Slips will be available to prepay in $5., $10, $25 increments.
I am currently working on the class list for next year. What classes would you like to see?

The shop is reopening! We will be open the 2nd and 4rth Saturdays, 12p - 4p. Other days/ times may be added for special events. MBS carries a wide variety of items such as herbs, stones, crystals, sage, incense, books, tea, candles ( plain & fixed), ritual items, condition oils, amulets, spiritual washes, waters, & baths, essential oils, and much more. The majority of the items are made in house and/or locally sourced. Anything that is not locally sourced ( within a 60- mile radius) is procured through trusted colleagues and artisans. MBS DOES NOT carry any mass-produced made overseas “spiritual” stuff that is typical in the industry. A community candle service is done at the end of each month at no cost.


  • 7/2/20 Classes and meetings are on hold for now.

    • The shop also serves as the meeting place for the Morrow Co. Spiritual Society the first Friday of each month at 6p

    Offering classes and workshops throughout the year as well as open public rituals MBS is a great place to connect with others. Come on up and sit a spell I will put the kettle on!
