Federal Tort Claims Act
Center Street Community Health Center as well as our other approved sites and services are Federal Tort Claims Act deemed facilities. Health Center Program grantees under 42 U.S.C. 254b are also deemed as Public Health Service employees under 42. This Health Center receives HHS Funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health related claims, including malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

In July, we raise awareness that UV is the root cause of most skin cancers and encourage the public to take precautions. The AAD recommends that the public practices safe sun year-round by following three simple steps while outdoors:
⛱Seek shade when appropriate
☀️Wear sun-protective clothing
🌸Apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.

We are happy to share that Selover Public Library will once again provide meals to children this summer, beginning June 11! Here's how it works:
-For anyone 18 and younger
-Each child can pick up a 5-meal snack pack once per week
-The child must come into the library to receive the meals
-Children must be present to receive the meals and can pick them up: Wednesdays and Fridays from 11-5, and Saturdays from 10-3
Thank you to the Children's Hunger Alliance for providing meals for our community's children again this summer!

Our Story

Morrow Family Health Center serves as a patient-centered medical home by providing primary medical, dental, and counseling services to all ages. We accept all insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Molina, Caresource, United Healthcare, Buckeye, Paramount Advantage and all Private Insurance. We offer same day appointments and walk-ins. We offer a sliding fee scale for any uninsured patients and assistance with Medicaid and Marketplace applications.
