I choose to stop rushing through life.
I am no longer chasing every moment.
I will not measure my worth by how busy I am
or how much I accomplish in a day.

Instead, I give myself permission to slow down, to pause,
to breathe deeply,
to feel the sun on my skin
and notice the beauty in everyday things.

I want to live with intention, not urgency,
with presence, not pressure.
Life is not a checklist;
it’s a collection of moments,
and I choose to be fully here for them.
