I will be serving Sacred Cacao at my next workshop on February 27th. So what is Cacao and why is it so important for spiritual healing:

Cacao is a small tree that produces cocoa beans, which are used to make chocolate, cocoa powder, and other products. The scientific name for the cacao tree is Theobroma cacao, which translates to "food of the Gods".

In a spiritual context, cacao is often seen as a "heart opener," representing a plant medicine that facilitates deep connection with oneself and others, promoting feelings of love, compassion, and unity while opening up intuition and allowing access to deeper states of awareness, particularly when consumed in a ceremonial setting like a cacao ceremony; its name itself originates from Mayan words meaning "heart blood.".

Connection to the divine:
Many cultures, particularly the Maya, viewed cacao as a sacred plant with the ability to connect individuals to the divine or higher consciousness.

Emotional healing:
Drinking cacao is believed to help release emotional blockages and facilitate healing on an emotional level.
Intuition enhancement:

Join us as we dive deep into the beautiful world of Transformative Breathe Work. This workshop will enable you to let go of any pain you have been holding on to. You will learn the beginning art of breathing while being fully submerged in sound healing. We will also be hosting a Sacred Cacao Cermony. A sacred cacao ceremony is a spiritual ritual that involves drinking ceremonial-grade cacao in a group setting. The ceremony is intended to promote healing, connection, and self-exploration.
