Mount Holly Rehab is proud to announce the recent launch of our Stroke Recovery Program! As New Jersey's Skilled Nursing center to achieve this, we are proud to be shaping the future of care thanks to the American Heart Association.

Our certified Stroke Recovery Program integrates a continuum from pre-admission to discharge, following rigorous clinical standards. Under the direction of Dr. Tracey Harris, each patient receives tailored plans addressing individual deficits—physical, cognitive, communicative with goals suited to their stroke impact.
