2nd week of Community Yin on Wednesday at 6pm ☯️. This class is sliding scale based, no questions asked. The only things you need to bring are a mat, and the desire to work towards letting go. Oh, and if you’ve got a bolster or want to bring a pillow, it might make that practice of letting go a bit sweeter for you 💓.
