We provide a welcoming space, fit for everyone and every body. With inspiring teachers and a wide variety of class types, we offer a space for you to connect, grow, play, explore, and create strength for the challenges you face on and off your mat. The Yoga Space’s Customer Referral program is a great way to share yoga, barre, and pilates with your friends and earn a little extra for yourself.

Here’s How It Works:

1️⃣ Refer a Friend
Invite a friend or family member who is new to our studio to join us for a class. When your referral signs up, they will receive a fantastic gift: 1 FREE Class Credit to use and experience our classes firsthand. Must send them your unique link located in your studio account to activate the referral.

2️⃣ Earn Your Reward
As your referred friend continues to practice and invest in their wellness journey with us, you’ll start earning rewards. When they spend a cumulative total of $60, you’ll receive a special $10 credit that you can apply toward your next studio purchase.

✨ Holiday Week Schedule Update ✨

As we move through this week, our class schedule includes a few thoughtful adjustments to support rest, ritual, and time with loved ones. Join us for a cozy Christmas Eve morning practice (with two options available), and note that the studio will be closed on Christmas Day, with a few additional schedule shifts along the way.

There are some classes that lend themselves to hygge in such a natural way, we simply have to highlight them this month. You can start your day with a gentle Yin or Yin Flow class, waking up slowly and mindfully, giving yourself an intentional and easeful opening to the day. Not up for heading to the studio in the dark, cold morning? No problem. We offer Slow Flow and Mindful Movement mid-morning for a bit of cozy, grounding movement when the daylight feels a little friendlier. And in the evenings, our Yin Candlelight Slow Flow classes offer a chance to wind down and invite warmth and calm into the end of your day. We’re looking forward to sharing a season of hygge with our community. 🤍✨
