Connection is at the heart of everything we do. The Yoga Space is a locally-owned yoga studio deeply rooted in community.

We provide a welcoming space, fit for everyone and every body. With inspiring teachers and a wide variety of class types, we offer a space for you to connect, grow, play, explore, and create strength for the challenges you face on and off your mat. We aim for every student who visits our studio to walk out feeling lighter, stronger and more connected with themselves and the world around them.

Spring is in the air, and it’s time to bloom together! Our Spring Into Growth Challenge officially returns tomorrow, March 27.

Whether you’re looking to reconnect with your mat or deepen your practice, we invite you to join our community for 6 weeks of growth, movement, and connection.

How it works:
✨ Pick up your challenge card at the front desk starting March 27.
✨ Collect a sticker for every class you attend.
✨ Fill all 18 petals by May 8 to be entered to win some amazing prizes!

Every class is a seed you’re planting for yourself. We can’t wait to see your practice unfold! 🌿

Due to inclement weather and out of concern for the safety of our teachers and students, all Sunday evening and Monday morning classes are canceled.

We will evaluate conditions tomorrow morning (3/16) and make a call on the evening class by mid-morning.

In the meantime, if you're still craving a little movement, we invite you to join us from home through our on-demand library.

There’s a version of a yoga studio that’s just a room with mats. And then there’s this… People who cheer each other on, hold space for one another and somehow make showing up together feel sacred. Join The Yoga Space at THIS WEDNESDAY, 3/11, for a yoga-themed trivia night that’s fun whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just yoga-curious.

Bonus: 10% of sales that evening will support our Karma Yoga program, helping make yoga accessible to all.

Trivia is free and open to individuals or teams of up to 10. Prizes awarded to the winning team. Come solo or bring a crew, either way, it’ll be a good time!
