“You’ve got a green thumb!”

I hear this so often at my shop, and it might be true now, but it wasn’t always.

Six years ago when I graduated from the Lancaster School of Massage one of my teachers gifted a small cutting of a pothos plant to each one of us graduates.

He said:

“As you water and nurture this plant, it will grow in the same way that if you “water” and nurture your business, it will grow.”

(Or something to that liking 😉)

He was right! My pothos is now growing long limbs and has provided many new cuttings for me to share with friends. My business is flourishing as well as my green thumb.

But it all started with one idea and one plant. Just like any hobby or aspiration, it’s all about that work that you put into it and the consistency that’s kept over time.

I am so grateful to all of the teachers, clients, and friends that I have in my life 🥰

Just a little reminder that Mellanie from Mystic Brew has been bringing her beautiful Kundalini Yoga classes to Mount Joy Massage & Wellness every third Thursday for over half of a year now! 🧘‍♀️✨

I’ll be honest, the first few times I tried breathwork I wasn’t totally sure about it as I had never tried it before. But now I feel like I truly miss out if l miss a class. The way I feel afterward—lighter, clearer, more grounded—is incredible. 💫
