Restorative Resonance at Lorenzen Studios: a “yoga nap” set to live ambient cello. In restorative yoga we only “do” 5 or 6 poses (including a forward bend, back bend, side bend, twist, inversion, and final relaxation) but really if you see it up right you are 100% aupported and the pose happens to you!
