It’s been a minute since I’ve posted. We’ve been busy at ! In April, we moved to a new location in the Chamber of Commerce Building in Mt. Juliet, and it’s been fabulous being in the new space. Vanessa has really outdone herself! We have a here now, and it’s great coming to work with other wellness professionals.

For those of you who have been following my journey from Florida, I’m really loving where I ended up! Pictured here is my current setup, and I’m sharing the room with 2 other practitioners. The vibe here is serene and calming while encouraging therapeutic work. It’s not too clinical and it’s not too spa-esque either. It’s a good balance.

Hi, I’m Kay, a licensed massage therapist with 2 years of experience, working independently under BodyWell, a wellness practice in Mt. Juliet, TN! It’s been a while, so I’m excited to share a little more about who I am and what drives my passion for this work.

I specialize in exploring the mind-body connection—how our nervous system impacts other systems in the body, like the musculoskeletal system. I understand that everything is connected, and I tailor every session to help you find balance and relief.

I especially love working with neurodivergent clients and those living with chronic illnesses, two communities that often overlap. Supporting these individuals on their wellness journeys is deeply fulfilling and inspires my work every day.

Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find me exploring state parks, hunting for waterfalls, spending time with my family, or diving into my spirituality. These experiences remind me of the beauty of connection—in nature, in relationships, and within ourselves.
