🌷✨ Spring Cleaning Without the Back Pain! ✨🌷

Spring is in the air—and so is the urge to scrub, lift, and declutter! 🧹🪴 But before you dive into your deep clean, here are a few chiropractor-approved tips to protect your back:

✅ Lift with your legs, not your back – Bend at the knees, keep items close to your body, and avoid twisting while lifting.
✅ Pace yourself – Tackle one room at a time. Overdoing it leads to unnecessary strain.
✅ Switch it up – Alternate hands while sweeping or scrubbing to stay balanced.
✅ Stretch before & after – A quick warm-up and cooldown can make all the difference.
✅ Listen to your body – If you feel tightness or pain, take a break!
✅ Use tools with long handles – Avoid excessive bending or reaching by using extendable dusters, mops, or grabbers. Keeping your spine in a neutral position reduces strain during cleaning tasks.
