Sis, life will place mountains before you that feel impossible to climb. But remember — you were not called to face them alone. When your own strength feels small, lean into the One whose power never runs out.

How Do You Know If Your Water Broke?
✨ Kimora Grace Says… ✨

Sometimes it’s a big gush. Other times, it’s a slow trickle. Either way — knowing the difference between urine, discharge, and amniotic fluid is so important as your body prepares for labor.

🍼 Here are a few ways to tell if your water has broken:

🔹 You feel a sudden gush or constant leak that you can’t control
🔹 The fluid is clear or pale yellow and odorless (not like urine)
🔹 It continues to come out even after changing clothes or pads
🔹 It may leak more when you move, cough, or change positions

💡 Pro Tip from Kimora Grace: Place a sanitary pad in your underwear, lay down for 20 minutes, and stand back up. If you notice a wet gush — that’s a sign it may be amniotic fluid.

📞 Always call your provider if you think your water has broken, especially if:
🚨 The fluid is green, brown, or smells foul (could indicate meconium or infection)
🚨 You’re less than 37 weeks pregnant
🚨 You feel reduced fetal movement

👶 Your water breaking doesn’t always mean labor starts right away — but it does mean it’s time to connect with your birth team!
