This patient is such a great example of how quickly you can recover from a preservation deep plane facelift and laser resurfacing. In this picture she is less than two weeks out from her surgery. She already looks incredible, but I can’t wait to watch her full rejuvenation continue to develop over the next few weeks!

I love it when a good plan comes together, don’t you? This lovely patient could not stop smiling when I saw her for follow up after her neck lift surgery. She had always been bothered by her profile in the area under her chin and wanted to have a much more defined and snatched jawline. I could not be happier for her, And I’m so grateful for her trusting me with her face, but also letting me share these absolutely incredible results with you! When she came in for her follow up visit, she told me that she posted her results online in a forum and her before and after photos are now the number one highest ranked posted results on the app! I can see why!

BRAND NEW EYELIDS. I’m soo happy for this gentleman that wanted to look less tired and more refreshed. We did a lower blepharoplasty with muscle and skin tightening. We smoothed out the contours between cheek and eyelid by repositioning the fat pads into the under eye hollows. The incisions have healed great and are essentially imperceptible. What’s important is that his eye shape did not change, giving home a dramatic but completely natural look!

I LOVE the confidence this patient has! She looks good and she knows it! We did a customized preservation deep plane facial rejuvenation including minor contour of the submandibular glands, microliposuction and buccal fat sculpting. I can’t get over that pristine jawline!!! 🙌 we also did a medium/strong laser resurfacing for tone, texture and pigment. When I do laser resurfacing, I use a combination of fractional CO2 laser and 1570 nm laser. I use anywhere between four and 12 different settings, depending on the patient and the part of their face I am working on. Having the right instruments and using the right technique is important, but knowing how to tailor that treatment for each patient is important too! I’m so happy for her!!!

I am Soooooo happy for this patient! She had disliked her nose for quite some time after a previous rhinoplasty that left her with an over-rotated tip and hanging columella as well as deviation and asymmetry and alar retraction. She also had upper eyelid ptosis (tired eyes), buccal fat herniation, some minor volume loss, and other age related concerns. I did an extremely challenging revision rhinoplasty to treat her nose. This improved balance, de-rotated her tip, and improved breathing. Then, I REJUVENATED her! Deep plane facelift, TCA chemical peel, eyelid ptosis repair, buccal fat reduction with fat grafting to the cheeks. She’s gorgeous, rejuvenated and still has her unique facial fingerprint that makes her “her”. I’m so happy for her and the new confidence she carries with her every day!!!! Cases like this are super complex, but equally rewarding. Unlike many social media “before and afters”, mine are never altered or edited or AI enhanced.

Just amazing. There are times in the week when I have to stop and double check the chart to make sure that I am looking at the right person! I’m so happy for this wonderful patient that trusted me with her face. We did some skin resurfacing along with a preservation deep plane facelift. I also transposed her buccal fat. This gave us a nice cheek definition boost while rebalancing her face in a natural and restorative way. I’m so happy for her!!!!

So happy for this lovely patient who finally got the snatched jawline contour she had been wanting! Regardless of health and fitness levels, the submentum (double chin) can be a SUPER troublesome area that doesn’t always respond to diet, exercise and non-surgical treatments.
