I was so excited to see this patient last week for her follow up! She and her husband couldn’t stop smiling!She had a preservation deep plane facelift. We also treated her neck, and her jowls. Her upper eyelids were refreshed but NOT hollowed out. The jawline was further refine by contouring the herniated buccal fat and the fat around the submandibular glands. Her jawline and neck are sculpted and clean, but and overly carved out or hollowed. I think she has such a lovely result that will age well with her in the coming decades. Rejuvenation, not alteration.

I know that this is not standardized, medical photography, but when I get a patient sending in a selfie that is this incredible, I just have to share it! She has been pop-quizzing friends and visitors at her home to guess her age, and the average guess is about 20 years younger! In this photo, she is 12 days out from her surgery, and I can’t believe how good she is already looking. In her case, we did a preservation deep plane facelift, subtle contouring of her submental fat pad (not too much!), subcision and fat grafting to an old cheek scar, laser resurfacing, SMAS lip augmentation, lip lift, diathermy of buccal fat fascia.

What a lovely elegant result for this patient! This patient was referred to me by another colleague in the aesthetic industry. Her two primary concerns were the lines and bands in her neck, and she said she felt like she looked tired or sad all the time. Not anymore! She’s healing up awesome and is such a great example of facial rejuvenation, not alteration.
She had a preservation deep plane facelift, endoscopic brow lift (give those forehead muscles a rest!), neck liposuction, and laser skin resurfacing.

What an amazing transformation! I know this isn’t a formal clinic “after photo”, but sometimes I think we forget the entire reason patients go through. This is to enjoy the experience living their a normal life. So I absolutely love it when patients send me photos of themselves enjoying their results! Patient underwent the multi level neck contouring with a preservation deep plane facelift, including contouring of submandibular gland and peri-glandular fat. REJUVENATION NOT ALTERATION. ❤️

NINETEEN years and still counting! I know it sounds cliché, but literally nothing in my life would be like it is without her. Malcolm Gladwell, in his book “Blink”, talks about how we make a lot of intuitive decisions rapidly in the blink of an eye. So happy for this lovely young patient. She wanted a more arched brow, an open appearing eyes along with some refi me t of the tip of her nose. I did a modified endoscopic cable brow lift, posterior scarless eyelid ptosis repair and tip rhinoplasty. She’s loving her results and so am I!
