It’s fall break week which means it’s time to re:set for our deload workouts! 💪🏻🧡🤎💛🤍

We know many will be enjoying some time away so the rest of us will hold down the fort and enjoy all the new soreness that comes along with the change of the workouts. 🤭🔥💪🏻

Over the next week we will be testing our 5RM in the major lifts we’ve been working on. 💪🏻

🔥 Remember to stay hydrated, eat your protein & sleep well…. This week is all about doing YOUR best by challenging yourself just a bit more than normal.

🔥 Haven’t been consistent with your lifts & not wanting to “test” your 5RM?? No worries!! We still want you to come get the best workout possible for YOU! 💪🏻💪🏻
Work on form, build your confidence with a lift that you’ve struggled with and be proud of yourself! ❤️💪🏻🥰🔥

🔥 Keep tracking your numbers to see your growth.
Give. Yourself. Goals!!! ….
➡️ Hitting your PR for each lift.
➡️ Committing to a certain amount of workouts every week.
➡️ Getting your daily water, sleep & fuel up with the best foods you can.

So this week is 5 reps. Keeping track of your numbers will help you reach that goal by the time we hit our 5rep max testing week. 💪🏻

Speaking of… Many have asked what the rest of the cycle looks like so here it is:

Aug 25 - 5 Reps
Sep 1 - Labor Day (3 holiday classes) then deload for the week. (Rotating core/conditioning with total body)
Sep 8 - 7 Reps
Sep 15 - 6 Reps
Sep 22 - 5 Reps
Sep 29 - 5 RM Testing Week!
Oct 6 - Fall Break & Deload

Now back to the tracking…. We are SO crazy proud of you guys for keeping up with your numbers every week!! 👏❤️. I’ll draw 2 names tomorrow that’ll receive a little prize for their consistency. 🥳.
