It's Coach Beth's week so you know what that means... Kettlebells! It's our last week of summer trainer weeks so bring the enthusiasm and get pumped up for a great week of workouts (and for sending the kids back to school). We'll kick off August with the start of our fall strength cycle that will take us up to Wilson County's fall break. Bring on the gains!

Trainer Weeks have arrived! Time to let our amazing trainers show off their programming muscles and shake things up a bit. We let Kristy Bobo get things started, so you know these workouts are going to be crazy fun just like her and her hair. We start the week with our annual Memorial Day Murph workout with classes at 7:30am and 9:00am. Free and open to the public, so bring a friend and introduce them to Re:Move (but get signed up in Mindbody!).
