You can usually tell how your body is really doing… at night.
When things finally get quiet, that’s when people notice it most:
The tight shoulders
The stiff neck
The low back that won’t fully relax
The exhaustion that hits all at once
That’s not random.
Throughout the day, your body is constantly adapting to stress, sitting, screens, posture, movement patterns, even mental load.
But at night, when everything slows down, your nervous system finally has space to process it.
That’s often when discomfort shows up.
🌿 Try this before bed tonight:
Lie on your back with your legs elevated (on a couch or chair) at a 90° angle.
Put a rolled-up towel under your head for extra support.
Let your arms rest at your sides, palms up.
Take slow, deep breaths for 3–5 minutes.
This position helps take pressure off your spine, relax your muscles, and calm your nervous system.
Small habits like this can make a big difference over time.
Your body is always communicating… sometimes we just need to slow down enough to listen. 💛
