It's hard to believe that 10 years ago today, I opened Nutrishop Mt. Juliet... It feels just like yesterday! What started with dreams and hopes of being able to make a difference in other's lives every day has now become a legacy of mine! The stuff people don't witness, like the two years straight that I ran my shop, seven days a week, no days off, before even hiring my first employee... Or pivoting and adapting to make it through a pandemic and every other hurdle thrown my direction... That resiliency only made the business stronger!

To say that I'm blessed is beyond an understatement. I have the opportunity to do what I love, truly help people on a daily basis, and earn the trust and support of our community! Thank you to everyone who has stuck by my side over the past decade, I'll never let you down... It's not in my DNA!

I'm so appreciative of my staff, both present and past, because without them, Nutrishop wouldn't be the staple that it is today in Mt. Juliet!

The only way this moment could feel any greater is if I could share it with my dad, the ultimate mentor! I'm looking forward to another ten years of excellence in the city of Mt. Juliet my friends! 👊
